About Us

Your Trusted Partner on the South East Coast

Aquaholic Cruise Mauritius was founded in 2020 — right before Covid-19 hit. Despite the difficult times, including the grounding of the Wakashio, we stayed strong and came back in 2021 stronger than ever.

We offer the ultimate South East Islands experience — visiting Île aux Cerfs, spotting dolphins and turtles, exploring shipwrecks, snorkelling crystal-clear bays, and world-class sport fishing.

Important Information

Booking Policies

We aim to be as flexible as possible. Please review these terms before booking — all rates are valid for the 2025–2026 season.

✅ Booking Confirmation

  • Full guest details required: names, number of guests, trip type, date
  • Any special requests (dietary, vegetarian, lobster option)
  • Confirmed once availability is verified and a confirmation is issued
  • Deposit may be required for private trips in high season

Cancellation Policy

  • 5+ days before: Full refund
  • Eve to 5 days before (before 12h): 50% refund or free reschedule
  • Same day: No refund
  • Weather cancellations by us: full refund or free reschedule

Postponement Policy

  • 4+ days in advance: Reschedule free of charge, subject to availability
  • Less than 4 days: Free of charge
  • New booking must be within 1 month of original date
  • No-show: no refund and no rescheduling

Guest Responsibilities

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure at Pointe des Régates
  • Inform us in advance of medical conditions or allergies
  • Marine-friendly sun cream required — protect the reef
  • All activities are at guest's own risk; we are not liable for personal belongings

Trip Notices

  • Itinerary may change due to weather or sea conditions
  • Extreme low tides may require a rescheduled departure (communicated day before)
  • Rates subject to change in case of major fuel price increases
  • Guests can be dropped at GRSE or Pointe Maurice on request
